The Harbour View Clubhouse is located in the northwest portion of the City of Huntington Beach at 16600 Saybrook Lane, south of Heil Avenue. The facility includes a complete kitchen, cleaning supplies, and men's and women's restrooms. The facility is approximately 1800 square feet and the main room is 28' x 52'.
Reservations can be made up to one-year prior to the event date. Due to the high volume of requests for reservations, a lottery is held to determine which party will be able to make the reservation. The lottery will be held daily at the Community Services Department (5th floor of the Huntington Beach Civic Center) at 8:15 am for the corresponding date one year in advance. One representative from each party will be given a raffle ticket and the winning raffle number wins the lottery. The person winning the lottery will be the one who completes the necessary paperwork. Dates may not be held by phone and you cannot be placed on a waiting list.
Any rental or change with less than thirty (30) days advance notice is contingent on staff availability.
Reservations must be done in person and full payment (Rental Fee, Deposit, and Insurance) is required at time of reservation. Acceptable forms of payment are cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover.
