Zumba Gold: Ditch the workout—join the party!  The Michael E. Rodgers Seniors Center is offering Zumba Gold, a new class offered on Saturday mornings in August from 9:00 - 9:50 a.m.  It’s different, fun, and effective.  Designed for adults of all ages and active seniors, these easy dance steps will improve balance, strength, and aerobic fitness.  You will have a joyful workout that benefits both body and mind.  Zumba fuses hypnotic Latin rhythms and easy to follow moves to create a dynamic workout system.  This five-week class is only $25, and you can register through the Sands Bulletin.  Drop-ins are welcome for $8 per session.  For more information, call the Seniors Center at (714) 536-9387.
